She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Turnage of Middletown; her grandchildren, Joe Turnage of Portland, Roxann Turnage of Middletown, Laura Turnage and Michael Turnage; her great grandchildren, Joseph Turnage, Ariella Turnage, Akayleb Clegg and Addison Clegg; and her great great grandchildren, Romeo Clegg and Royce Clegg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
