He is survived by: his wife Connie Chiaraluce Smith; his children, Robert Smith (April), Michele Lendino (Tony), Daniel Smith (Cathy), Anthony Chiaraluce and Joseph Chiaraluce (Corrie); his grandchildren, Amanda Lendino, Sarah Smith, Robert J. Smith, Jr., Gavin Smith, Fiona Smith, Brianna Chiaraluce Jacobs, Tanya Chiaraluce, Brandon Chiaraluce and Ashley Chiaraluce; his great grandchild Ace Chiaraluce; and his siblings, Joyce Weinholtz (William), Raymond Smith (Susan), Laurel McCahill (Tom), John Smith (Mary), Luci Dizura (Robert), David Smith (Mary), Jerry Smith (Kate), Doug Smith (Nancy), Ron Smith (Joyce) and Steve Smith Judette (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
