He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Russo (Gallitto) and Rosario Russo. He is survived by: his significant other Louise DeCarlo Russo; his children, Karen Bongo (Christopher) and Philip Russo (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Kelsey Constantino (Dan), Christopher Bongo (Melyssa), Katie Farrell (Ryan) and Jonathan Bongo; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Eleanora Constantino; and his siblings, Sebastian, Alfred and Ana Marie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Philip's memory may be made to St. Sebastian's Renovation Fund or Middlesex Health Philanthropy Department.
