We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 79, Raymond Foley of Middletown, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Foley and Barbara Virelli (Jurgensen); and his siblings, James Foley and Grace Mangiafico. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Roche-Bernier of Connecticut, Michael Foley of Massachusetts and Christopher Foley of Connecticut; his brother Ronald Foley of Iowa; and his stepsiblings, James Virelli of Iowa and Catherine Grady of Connecticut. He is also survived by two grandsons, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter; also, several nieces and nephews.
