It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Whitehead Jr. of Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Whitehead, Sr. and Louise Whitehead (Terrill); his grandson Jeffrey Whitehead; and his siblings, Joan Field and Alton Whitehead.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Whitehead (DeFrance); his children, Sharon L. Whitehead of Rocky Hill, Thomas A. Whitehead of East Hampton, Randall R. Whitehead of Middletown and Raymond J. Whitehead (Sharon) of Higganum; and his sister-in-law Lorraine M. DeFrance of Middletown. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
