He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sherman Bishel and Dorothy Bishel (Sellew); his wife Elaine (Wilson); his daughters, Jody Bishel (Daniel Buckley) of Ansonia and Lynn Bishel of Wethersfield; his grandson Christian Buckley of Marlborough, MA; and his siblings, Arthur Bishel of Middletown and Betsey Dean of Myrtle Beach, SC. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
