He is survived by: his spouse Robyn Kendall (Johnson); his parents, Robert "Gary" and Dolores Kendall (Konopka) of Middletown; his siblings, Timothy Kendall of Middletown and Mary Tremblay (Ryan) of Middletown; his niece Kaitlyn; and his pet Madison. He is also survived by nephew and nieces, including his god daughter.
