He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas Judkins; and his sister Tammy Ann Judkins. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald C. Judkins and Marlene Judkins (Miano); his son Chapman F. Judkins of East Hampton; his brother Shaun Judkins of Middletown; and his pet Jax. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and many cousins.
