She was predeceased by: her parents, David O. Cooper, Sr. and Estelle Cooper (Johnson); and her siblings, Herman Cooper and Carolyn Cooper Hatcher. She is survived by: her brothers, David O. Cooper, Jr. (Mary Lou) of Middletown and Arthur L. Cooper (Linda); and her caregiver Comfort Tulasco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and family & friends.
