Sebastian Gaudino Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sebastian Gaudino of Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Gaudino and Rosa Gaudino (Cavaliere); his brother Salvatore Gaudino (Josephine); and his siblings-in-law, Nicolo Fazzino, Angelo, Anna Cavarra, Sebastian and Lucy Formica.

He is survived by: his wife Maria (Fazzino); his children, Rose Butler (Matthew), James Gaudino (Dawn) and Sal Gaudino (Lauren); his sister-in-law Marisa Fazzino; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Justin, Aiden Butler, Joseph, Vincenzo, Santino Gaudino, Dominic, Dimitri and Adriana Gaudino. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
