She was predeceased by: her husband James Floyd Bartell of Pamplico. She is survived by: her children, Michael Anthony Bartell (Bonita), Wayne Bartell, Maria Bartell and Tonnetta Bartell; and her siblings, Eddie Horace Dicker Sr., Venard Dicker Sr. (Sandra), Verlena Wilson (WB) of Hemingway, SC, Emma J. Sheenan (John) of Stamford, CT, Glorthy M. Wilson (Theodore) and Flossie L. Ervin (John) of Andrews, SC. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and a host of great-grands, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
