He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Heller and Harry Heller. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his sister Betty Rubinow; his half-brother Frank Katz (Mary) of North Carolina; his nephew Russell Rubinow (Kelly) of Middletown; his cousins, Bob and Liz Aresti of Cromwell; his friends, Lori and Joe DelGaudio of Middletown; and his cousin Ralph Aresti of Maine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
