He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Soto and Ana Soto. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle "Chelita" Santiago (Robert) and Diana "Dianita" Kavanagh (Joseph); his grandchildren, Eva, Celeste, Michael, Camilla and Violet; and his siblings, Rafael Soto, Irma Soto and Manuel Soto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
