He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Salzillo; his parents, Giuseppe Salzillo and Madeline Salzillo (Mezzacapo); and his siblings, Ralph, Mary Salzillo, Rose and Eddie Rinaldi.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Christina Salzillo (Imperio), Angelo, Maryann Salzillo (Varrone) and Anthony Salzillo Jr.; his grandson Joseph Salzillo; his children, Michelle (Salzillo), Philip Marinaccio, Lauren Salzillo (Rescanski), Teresa (Salzillo) and Mark Laoue III; his great grandchildren, Philip, Michael and Joseph Marinaccio; and his sister Pauline (Salzillo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
