It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Staley in Milford, Connecticut, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roger H. Staley; her parents, Harold Alderman Sirlin and Floy Lillian Hatch Sirlin; and her brother Edward Allan Sirlin, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Allyson Samiljan (Steven), Brooke Qualk (Ronald), Daryl Urbanek (David) and Meredith Staley (Teresa Dalton); her grandsons, Joseph Urbanek, Brendon Qualk (Julia), Adam Samiljan (Katherine), Jordan Qualk (Tara), Chad Samiljan (Katherine) and Logan Qualk; and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Mia Qualk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
