Cecelia Warakomski Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecelia Warakomski of Milford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 4, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael McDonagh and Mary McDonagh (Collins); and her sons, John and Patrick Warakomski. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Seamus Warakomski (Phyllis), Rob Warakomski (Jennifer) and Maureen Mazzonna (Tony); her grandchildren, Amanda Root (Christopher), Seamus Patrick Warakomski (Samantha Alder), Cassidy Warakomski, Isabella Warakomski, Lauren Prete (John) and Michael Mazzonna (Sara); her great grandchildren, Cecelia, Charlotte, Conor, Neo, Christopher, Genevieve and Benjamin; and her siblings, Richard McDonagh (Mae), Nora Welch (Paddy) and Claire Feeney. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Agnes Church- Milford (400 Merwin Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Saint Mary Cemetery.
