A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home (253 Elizabeth St, Derby, CT 06418). Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
