She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rowett and Hilda Rowett; her husband Richard Parent; her stepson John Parent; her daughter-in-law Elaine Parent; and her siblings, Eleanor Mackenzie, Ruth Hansen, Norma Horne, Patricia Parent, Henry Rowett Jr. and William Rowett.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Beth Braitsch (Ted), Barbara Plasky (Robert), Pam O'Flynn (Tim) and Robbie Parent; her grandchildren, Katie Fairty (Marc), Christopher Plasky (Liz), Tricia Schaffer (Brandon), Jennifer Durham (Joey), Liz Plasky, Brian Braitsch (Kylie Reynolds), Tim O'Flynn (Kyle), Nicole Ruby (Chris), Colleen Kuchar (Johnny) and Annie Plasky; her sisters, Marilyn Gleason and Nancy Fontaine; and her sisters-in-law, Grace Rowett and Pauline Rowett. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
