It is with sadness that the passing of Cissy Armstrong of Milford, Connecticut is shared. Cissy, born on October 26, 1957 in Norwalk, Connecticut, passed away on September 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Cissy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her brother Tim. She is survived by: her husband Tom Armstrong; her son Alex; her daughter-in-law Julie Alcarez (Milford); her daughter Valerie (Los Angeles); her granddaughters, Katherine and Elizabeth Armstrong; and her sister-in-law Sheila Devine. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A wake will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460).
