She is survived by: her sons, Irvin and Robert Levy; her daughters-in-law, Kathy Swierzewski and Shawn Good; her grandchildren, Stephanie Shimek and Matt Levy; and her nephew James Frebis. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
