He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Maini (Choi); his parents, Gino Maini and Lynda Notte; his children, Nick, Amanda Maini, Zachary and Mandy Maini; his grandchildren, Cassius, Lucian, Sterling, Charlotte and Sawyer; his siblings, Christopher John Maini, Matthew, Myra Maini and Gina Maini; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jr., Isabella (Miles Mundy), Matthew, Jr., Gino and Gabby; his godmother Susan Nutini; his mother-in-law Jean Choi; his brother-in-law Paul Choi; his uncle William; his aunt Donna McGowan; and his pets, Otto, Olaf and Jax.
