She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Havick. She is survived by: her husband Edward Warrek; her mother Joan Havick; her daughters, Amanda and Amy Warrek; her grandson Jaxson Gonzalez; her sisters, Mary Jo Havick-Parente and Andrea Perce (Anthony); her nieces and nephews, Andrew Parente, Allyson Brown (Ross), Morgan, Marisa Perce, Eli Smith, Beau, Clay and Khol Warrek; and her siblings-in-law, Daniel Warrek, Harry Warrek (Deborah) and Wendy Ann Smith (Jeff).
