He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Allen and Margaret MacKenzie (Vigilant); his sister Katherine Amanda MacKenzie; and his sister-in-law Sharon MacKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Burke MacKenzie; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Miller (Ryan Murphy) and Alexandra Jaser (Stephen); his siblings, Christopher MacKenzie (Maureen), Mark MacKenzie (Peg Melnick), Meg Rooney (Kevin) and Timothy MacKenzie; and his granddaughters, Delia and Calla Murphy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
