She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Kosa; her parents, Michael Surenko and Edna Surenko; her granddaughter Patrice Kosa; and her siblings, Richard Surenko and Gloria Haray.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Kosa (Deborah) of Cheshire, Kathy Taylor (Billy) of Mississippi and Edward Kosa (Rebecca) of South Windham; her grandchildren, Joseph Dickson (Victor), Nicholas Kosa, Kristen Hale, Brittany Hale, Don Piche, Alyssa and Dennis; her great grandchildren, James, Remiel, Aniyah, Jayda and Zariah; and her brother Michael Surenko, Jr..
