She was predeceased by: her husband George Avery Sr.; her father James Sanderson; her children, George Avery Jr., Dorothy Clapp, Sharon Woodward and Jacqueline Kuban; and her siblings, James, William Sanderson and Anna Parsons.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Simeone. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
