He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rowe and Marion Rowe (Shukait); his former wife Stella Rowe; his daughter Kimberly Mohr; and his siblings, Ernest, John and Evelyn Sirak.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Kevin Rowe and Sharon Dougherty; his stepson Christopher Marchese; his brothers, Donald, Bill (Rose) and Kenneth Rowe (Sharon); his grandchildren, John, Talia, Billy, Michael and Karlee; and his great grandchildren, Patrick, Astella, Davy, Nyxlee, Jackson and Ryder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 27th 2028 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A prayer was held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kings Highway Cemetery (271 Cherry St, Milford, CT 06460). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 28th 2028 at 10:00 AM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460).
