He is survived by : his parents, Wayne Booth and Denise Booth (Suchezky); his son Jackson E. Booth; his stepsons, Sam, Ben, Brayden and Josh Johnson; his sister Keri Lehman (William); his nieces, Elizabeth and Nora; his cousins, Brenden Booth and Kirstin Iassogna (David); and also, Rachel, Lianne and Michael.
