We announce the death of Gil E. Suchezky of Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 71. Gil will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Suchezky and Irene Gallant Suchezky; his sister Diane; and his brother-in-law Michael Stanio. He is survived by: his wife Bridget Improta Suchezky; his daughters, Jennifer Frimpter of Milford and April Suchezky of Milford; his granddaughter Madison Frimpter; his siblings, Denise Booth (Wayne) of Milford, Mark Suchezky (Angie) of Michigan and Lori O'Brien (Frank) of Panama; and his siblings-in-law, Roseann Piacentini of Maryland and Mark Improta of Milford. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gregory Doyle Funeral Home (291 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
