She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Searles and Gladys Searles; her husband George Nastu; and her sisters, Hazel Elwell, Ruth Leach, Jean Clark and Dorothy Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Nastu (Kathy) of Wythville, Virginia, Debbie Burns (Richard) of Oxford and Karen Finch (Richard) of Milford; her grandchildren, Chris Nastu, Jr., Dennis Nastu, Kevin Nastu (Katie), Richards Burns Jr. (Diana), Brendan Burns, Nicholas Burns (Aicha) and Ryan Finch; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Kasey, Kainen, Adriana, Makenzie and Connor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home (291 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, CT 06460).
