She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon F. Hedman; and her siblings, James Wallbeoff, Peter Decarli and Judith Usher. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Bottacari (Ron) of Naugatuck, Cynthia Rivard (Michael Arnone) of Milford and David Hedman (Lori) of Stratford; her grandchildren, Antonio Moreno (Tara), Michael Moreno (Erin Walsh), James Joseph (Caitlin Robles), Joseph Bottacari (Jackie), Jason Joseph (Jessica), Steven Bottacari, Christine Hiltz (Gorden), Cameron West and Jennie Wolfe (Justin); and her children, Genevieve Mundy, Patty Gizinski and Daryl Murray.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Ahrens Respite Program in person at the Milford Senior Center. Contributions in her memory may also be made via mail.
