With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John McCarthy of Milford, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on August 24, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Theodore and Mary Kiley McCarthy; and his son John Timothy McCarthy, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Casey Gray (James); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Brianna, Stephanie, Erica Gray and Matthew McCarthy. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

“I was so sorry to hear of Macs passing and my condolences go out to his Family. I served in the Air Force with Mac attending basic training at Sampson AFB and then schooling at Scott AFB. ( Here's a picture we took when taking some time off from school and going to see the Four Aces in St. Louis. That's me in the center and our other buddy, Buzzy from East Haven.)
