He was predeceased by: his parents, George Olexovitch and Helen Olexovitch; his wife Carol; and his brothers, George and Keith.
He is survived by: his brothers, Paul and Mark (Patty); his children, Jack (Tricia), Scott (Susanne) and Beth Acevedo (Javier); his grandsons, Jack (Chelsea), Joseph and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Brooke and Emmy. He is also survived by many friends, cousins, nieces and nephews.
