He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herbert and Catherine Mary Brophy Richards. He is survived by: his sisters, June Bencivenga (Jerry) of Woodbridge, Lynne McCormack of New Hampshire, Kathleen Egan of Wilmington and Suzanne Prezioso (Richard) of West Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
