He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Benefico (Russo); his parents, Joseph Benefico and Anna Benefico (Sabol); and his siblings, Leonard, Frederick Benefico, Josephine Gefrich and Teresa Bartolotta.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard Benefico (Rasa) of Pennsylvania, Joanna Lapham (Greg) of Milford and Nicolas Benefico (Abigail) of Maine; and his grandchildren, Joseph and Lexi Lapham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
