We announce the death of Joseph A. Federico of Trumbull, Connecticut, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Federico; his parents, Joseph Federico and Philomena Federico; his grandson Nicholas Felisko; and his sister Josephine Nickerson.
He is survived by: his children, John Mieczkowski, Sherry Felisko (Greg) and Joe Federico (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brianna Felisko, Joey Federico and Anthony Federico; his siblings, Nikki Purvin and Donald Federico (Peggy); and his pet Munchkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Woodmont Borough Hall (128 Kings Hwy, Milford, CT 06460).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nick Felisko Scholarship Fund and mailed to 154 Herbert Street, Milford, CT 06461.
