He is survived by: his wife Janet Hite; his children, Kelly Lugo (William) and Daniel Hite; his grandchildren, William Lugo III and Elise Lugo; his sister Linda Hurley; Chris Rosenberry (Lisa), Sandra Rosenberry and Charles.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (70 Gulf St, Milford, CT 06460).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
