It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Gahagan (Milford, Connecticut), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Foley and Mary Foley (Brophy); and her brother Daniel Foley of Rochester, NY.. She is survived by: her daughters, Maggie Rylski (Scott) of Clermont, FL and Jackie Haffey (Drew) of Waterford, CT; her grandsons, Cole, Ryan Rylski, Griffin and Spencer Haffey; and her siblings, Eileen Foley of Severna Park, MD, Patricia Foley of Savannah, GA, Mike Foley (Susan) of Lincoln, NE, Teri Sciarabba (Tony) of Rochester, NY, Tom Foley (Rosa) of West Haven, CT and Bob Foley of Concord, NC. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
