She is survived by: her husband Frank O'Hara; her children, Matthew O'Hara (Trish), Christopher O'Hara (Beth), Jennifer Banks (Keith) and Amy Young (Bob); her grandchildren, Julia, Madison, Aidan, Olivia, Dahlia, Tyler, Cameron, Jake, Avery, Brayden, Liam, Riley, Jackson and Lyla; and her brothers, Robert Polhill (Debbie), David Polhill (Lori) and Bradley Polhill (Laura). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
