She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Egan and Margaret Egan; her husband John Bowen Sr.; her in-laws, Meryll and John Bowen; and her siblings, Sheila Egan, Natalie, Paul Egan, Margaret (Greta) and Michael Lenahan.
She is survived by: her sons, John Bowen Jr. (Liza Taracena), Alan Bowen and Gregg Bowen (Katie Holzer); her grandchildren, Lizi, April, Haley and Libby; and her sibling's children, Paul, Jim, Tom, David Lenahan, Charlie, Sheila, Paula Egan and Kathy Hurley. She is also survived by great nephews and great nieces, and her lifelong friend.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to National Multiple Sclerosis Society or St. Jude's Research Hospital.
