He is survived by: his wife Theresa D'Amato; his sons, Louis and James D'Amato (Mary); his grandsons, James, Frank, Louis and Antonio; his nieces, Elizabeth D'Amato, Suzanne Johns and Cheryl D'Amato; and his nephew John D'Amato.

“So sad to hear Louis passing. My twin brother and I meet Louis and John when we were 10 years old cause my dad meet them at Joe and Eves restaurant in 1965 on naughtuck ave here in Milford. My dad said I love to move my family to CT. And they had a house to rent on West Ave and that is how we came from Yonkers NY to Milford. I remember asking them how old they were and they said 30 years old. As the years went on I got married and moved to seamen's lane were they owned apartments. Peace in Jesus”
