She is survived by: her fiancé Richard Gullesh; her sons, Marcus Cortez (Laura) and Edward Cortez, Jr. (Jessy); her stepson Jason Gullesh (Kelly); her grandchildren, Ciara, Amaya of Angelina, EJ and Mark; her brothers, Anthony Collazo (Mary) and Freddie Collazo (Ida); her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Messina, Julie Calogero, Anthony Ivan, Chris, Tiffany, Jasmine, Christina and Willie Collazo; her aunts and uncles, Alba, Peter, Thelma, Norma, Johnny Rios and Mirta Ratcliff; and her former husband Edward Cortez (Romi). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
