She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Ouellette and Nellie Mae Ouellette (Levesque); her daughter Jeanne Wise; and her siblings, Vinal, Thomas Ouellette, Millie, Alice and Rita.
She is survived by : her daughter Anne Lambiase (David); her grandchildren, Serena and Gia Lambiase; and her sister Rose McCarthy.
