He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Axten of Dan's Bar and Irene Axten. He is survived by: his sister Linda Axten; his children, Daniel Axten (Gabriella Axten) and Katelyn Axten; his sister Virginia Lewis; his girlfriend Catherine Crowley; his girlfriend's daughter Katelyn; and his sons, Kevin, Ryan and Mathew. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
