He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Francis and Marguerite Florence Gorton. He is survived by: his brother Douglas; his wife Martha; his daughters, Anne Kiernan (Paul) of Milford and Liz Howard; his son-in-law Jason of St. Joseph; his daughter Margaret Martinez; his son-in-law Rich of Mineola; his daughter Theresa Christo; his son-in-law Jared of Stoneham, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Katherine, Matthew, Bridget, Grace, Sebastien, Luke, Nick of Siena, R. J. and Heaven; and his siblings-in-law, Mary and George.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Mary Church - Milford (70 Gulf St, Milford, CT 06460). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at the Mount Saint Peter Cemetery (219 New Haven Ave, Derby, CT 06418).
