He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise DiLeo, and Peter DiLeo, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Eileen DiLeo; his son Michael DiLeo; his brother Robert DiLeo (Cynthia); his father-in-law Gene Harrington (Alice); his siblings-in-law, Maureen Morris (Steven) and John Harrington (Patricia); and his nieces and nephews, Connor, Christopher (Carolyn), Natalie, Andrew and Katelyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Bonaventure Fund at St. Bonaventure University.
