She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Nacca and Anne Salemme Nacca. She is survived by: her husband Joseph W. Cullen; her children, Arlene Cullen (Anthony Sturrus), Lisa Ruck and Robin Ruck; her grandchildren, Emily Cullen, Daniel, Nicholas Ruck, LeighAnn and MaryKate Cullen; and her siblings, Rosie Marie Bradley and Joseph L Nacca.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may made on Phyllis' behalf to either the MDS Foundation or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
