She is survived by: her siblings, Isidro Otero Jr. (Olga), Wanda Lopez (Francisco) and Jose Otero (Doreen); and her grandchildren, Zachary Fisher, Kira Fisher and Caileigh Fisher.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Raisa's memory are encouraged to spend a day at the beach, feed a few ducks, buy something they probably don't need, help someone who could use a hand, and never let anyone tell them what to do.
