He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Golembeski and Henrietta Golembeski. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Golembeski; his daughter Sarah; and his siblings, Thomas Golembeski (Kathy Golembeski) and Barbara Golembeski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
