He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moultis and Mary Moultis (Sullivan); and his sister Patricia Onofreo of Milford. He is survived by: his wife Janet Moultis (McCurry) of Milford; his niece Denise Moyher; his nephew Mark Onofreo of Milford; and his pet Kayla.
