He is survived by: his sons, Adam Sforza (Carol) of South Carolina and Jeremy Sforza (Brooke) of Trumbull; his grandchildren, Everett, Anthony, Caroline and Benjamin; and his brother John Sforza. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
